Monique Arsenault

Monique Arsenault

Monique Arsenault is a dedicated pre-law student at Arizona State University, where she is currently pursuing a degree in Justice Studies as a junior.

Before joining LLG National Law Group, Monique was a law clerk and intern at a private law firm, where she assisted on matters involving real estate law, civil litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Through this hands-on experience, she developed a solid foundation in legal research, case preparation, and client-focused advocacy.

In addition to her legal work, Monique has engaged extensively in policy and advocacy initiatives. She has held internships focused on public policy, with a particular emphasis on advancing student rights and improving access to higher education. Notably, she traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for increased accessibility in higher education, gaining firsthand experience in legislative engagement and public policy reform.

Monique currently serves as a senator in her university's undergraduate student government, where she continues to advocate for the needs and interests of the student body. Her leadership strives to reflect a deep commitment to equity, representation, and meaningful institutional change.

With a passion for justice and a strong foundation in both legal practice and policy advocacy, Monique has aspirations of getting her JD after graduation to pursue a career in law where she can make a lasting impact on individuals and communities.
