For all schools, be it K-12 schools, colleges or universities, or other post secondary institutions such as medical schools or law schools. Notice to the school's Title IX coordinator, or another official who has the authority to institute corrective measures on the recipient's behalf, the school that is the recipient of the federal funding, invokes the school's actual knowledge of the complaint, and requires the school to respond accordingly, be it through either whatever remedies may be appropriate and/or a grievance process.
