Many people may not recognize this, but the school's attorney is often involved in a behind the scenes capacity advising this tool each step of the way.
In some instances, the school's attorney may reveal themselves, depending on what's taking place specifically. I regularly engage with school attorneys to negotiate outcomes, to express concerns, to enforce my client's rights.
