A Title IX complaint can be reported in various capacities under the Title IX Final Rule. It can be done in person, by phone, by email, by mail. Many colleges and universities, for example, have established online reporting forms to do so. Any method that allows the Title IX coordinator at the school to receive the person's verbal or written report is a matter in which a Title IX complaint can be filed.
