West Point Cadet Acquitted of Sexual Assault

West Point Cadet Lukas M. Saul, 23, had been charged with violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice due to alleged inappropriate sexual contact with a fellow cadet he was dating in 2012.  Saul's accuser, now a second lieutenant, testified that Saul forced himself on her on three occasions both at West Point and off the grounds.  During a court-martial proceeding, it was demonstrated that Saul's accuser had consensual sex with him over the seventeen months they dated while at West Point.  Saul was found not guilty at his military trial.
