Peace of Mind - Academic Dishonesty Case Successfully Resolved

When we saw the email that our son was charged with academic dishonesty, we panicked. The possible punishments included everything from a zero on the final to expulsion including a special dishonesty/failing grade for the course which would be a permanent mark on his transcript. We called Joe Lento, and we immediately received peace of mind. He said since it was a first offense, Joe could probably could get the lightest punishment for our son. Joe was so attentive throughout the process, and understood exactly how to handle each decision point. He also "got in front" of the situation by quickly crafting a response to the university, and proposing a nearby date for the meeting. Because of Joe's prompting, it only took a few days from that first email to the ultimate resolution. My husband and I were barely holding it together so thank goodness it was quick! Joe's associate Keith helped prepare our son for the meeting, and he got the minimum punishment. It was well worth the money, we couldn't possibly have gotten a better outcome. Our son learned a valuable lesson, but thanks to Keith and Joe, it didn't derail his education or his future employability. If your child needs help with a school situation, I totally recommend Joe, and his associate Keith. You'll finally get peace of mind.
