Academic Misconduct - Charges Dismissed

Mr. Lento is a true gentleman and a great lawyer. He is very easy to get in touch with, organized, and timely. I was in a rather unique situation that seemed to be clear-cut in my favor. I was charged with Academic Misconduct. Specifically, I was charged with unauthorized access to exams; not necessarily cheating on exams. The Testing Department OTA and the Academic Integrity Committee seemed very one-sided during the process (as if their mind was made up before it began). All the charges against me were speculation and assumptions; no hard evidence. Mr. Lento guided and set me up through the entire frustrating, stressful, and prolonged hearing/case. Ultimately, Mr. Lento was able to get the charges dismissed by the Office of the Provost, which was the last resort other than filing a state lawsuit. In result, the university dropped all charges from my record, reinstated my enrollment, and allowed me to graduate and receive my Bachelor's Degree immediately (I had finished the entire degree curriculum prior to the charges being made).
