Pressed for Time

I was in a tough spot, with no time and no one to consult with. I found Mr.Lento's name and emailed him. It was after work hours, but I was happily surprised, when less than a half hour later, Mr. Lento called me. He was very polite, listened to my situation and requested any paperwork I might have. I sent him my information, he again got right back to me, and said we would talk in the morning. We had other conversations, but knew his direct involvement would be limited, due to fact the issue was an on campus incident. He offered valued information for my situation, I felt he helped me much as he could, and would've been the right man for the job, if we were allowed to have legal representation at the school. I appreciated his time and eagerness to help me. He said I was welcome to call him of I needed any further assistance. Overall, I was very grateful and impressed by Mr.Lento.
