If your child is facing a Title IX case at their high school in Indiana, you need to take the necessary precautions before you engage with the school in any capacity. Too much is at stake. Although the Title IX Final Rule allows for a more structured and arguably equitable process than previous guidance, you cannot assume it will be a fair process. It is critical to make certain the Title IX investigation at your child's Indiana high school is handled properly and that the accused student's interests and rights are protected from as early as possible during the sexual misconduct investigative process.
