How quickly is a decision rendered in a university disciplinary hearing?

The length of time that it takes a decision to be rendered in a university disciplinary hearing can vary. If a person goes to a hearing or, say, admits to responsibility, for example, depending on the circumstances, the decision could be made right then and there. If, say, for example, at a hearing there's a finding of responsibility, sometimes the school would immediately move into a sanctioning phase where the sanctioning would be to determined right then and there or after a, say, immediate review of the student's circumstances and the facts of the case.

It can also take a length of time. There can be cases where it could take a couple of days, it could take a week. There's been situations where it can take some length of time before a decision is made by a school. Even a matter of three, four weeks if the case is, say, overly complex. It can vary depending on the school and also the case involved.
