Title IX Charges Dismissed

When I first learned that I was the subject of a Title IX investigation it was at the worst time in my life, especially since it was during finals week. I didn't want to take any risks because I knew what the stakes can be in these situations. If you are considering whether it is worth it to get a lawyer, especially Joe, for these things let me address a few points and express why it was worth it in my case.
1. The school has already stacked the deck against you. Your school's Title IX investigators have much more experience dealing with this than you do so it is important to find help from an expert to even the odds.
2. Every case is unique and if you're lucky like I was there may be a massive loop hole or flaw in the complainaint's case that can be used to protect yourself from a finding of responsible
3. Most importantly, at this point in your life your education is the most valuable thing you have. I was in year 4 of a 6 year program so I had already spent over $100,000 on my education and it was critical to protect that investment as well as my future as a professional
Joe has all the qualities of a great attorney. He is honest and tells you what you can hope for as well as how things may go wrong. He is empathetic and obviously wants the best for his clients no matter what. He is always available at almost all hours of the day. He works extremely hard and he makes time for his clients. I have seen this stated before, but you do feel like his only client. You can tell he has a massive amount of experience with Title IX even from his consultation.
Hiring Joe at the beginning of the process was a great decision on my end as he was able to help me put together my side of the story such that all complaints were dropped and I only needed to meet with school officials once before everything was dropped. Every case is different but if you are the subject of an investigation of any kind the most important thing to do is to keep quiet and get a lawyer immediately. I can't recommend Joe enough
