My college student was accused of a Title IX offense. A Title IX meeting was scheduled for 10:00 AM and my child did not know what to expect. I left a message for Mr Lento at 9:00 that morning and was contacted within 30 minutes by email and phone to discuss situation. Mr Lento advised me my child should not be alone in the meeting. I immediately called my child and made sure I was included in the meeting via conference call. I retained Mr Lento and he went right to work for my child and family. With his help, the situation was resolved in two days. We believe it was a positive outcome for our child.
