Did you use it to take your exam and, in doing so, gaining an academic advantage? Or say, did you have the exam and not use it in any capacity? Or say, use it merely to study where that exam itself perhaps is a past exam, it’s not necessarily reflective of the exam that you would be taking and that you were using it as a study aide? In doing so, did you in fact do anything wrong? It is an incredibly serious allegation, but the circumstances at hand would determine what’s going to be most appropriate moving forward and what the potential outcomes can be.
