Title IX Charges Dismissed
A close family member had worked hard to get accepted into a top school. Close to graduation and with next steps in life set, we were beyond belief when the school sent notification that a Title IX investigation would be taking place. We hoped that the school would be fair in its approach towards addressing and resolving the issue, but this was not something to leave to chance. Understanding that professional assistance was the only way to maximize the likelihood of success, we sought Mr. Lento's help.
