Title IX Charges Dismissed

A close family member had worked hard to get accepted into a top school. Close to graduation and with next steps in life set, we were beyond belief when the school sent notification that a Title IX investigation would be taking place. We hoped that the school would be fair in its approach towards addressing and resolving the issue, but this was not something to leave to chance. Understanding that professional assistance was the only way to maximize the likelihood of success, we sought Mr. Lento's help. Words do not do justice to what Mr. Lento brings to the table, from mounting a defense to conducting necessary interactions with the school to being a shoulder to lean on, and Mr. Lento exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, Mr. Lento did everything possible to make certain that the process was fair and that our interests were protected. Additionally, Mr. Lento's expertise and efforts are what allowed us to win the case and Mr. Lento's compassion are what made a difficult time in life easier to bear.
