Staff Investigators

Attorney Joseph D. Lento and the Lento Law Firm has represented countless college and university students across the United States, and although there may be similarities among cases, every student's situation is unique.  That is why we prioritize your needs and personalize our approach to your school disciplinary case.  Not all cases require such an approach, but because of what is at stake in terms of academic and professional goals and opportunities, extra resources are at times required in order to ensure that justice is served.

One of our staff investigators, Wayne S., is an example of such a resource; bringing to the table fifty one years' experience in the law enforcement and investigatory fields.  This investigator served thirty years in the one of the nation's largest police departments; serving his last ten years in the elite Special Investigations Unit before retiring.  As a private investigator, he has conducted over three thousand investigations involving student code of conduct disciplinary violations, allegations of Title IX and sexual assault against college students, employees, and others in academia, as well as criminal, civil, and United States Federal Court matters.  When on the case, our investigators leaves no stone unturned to protect you or your student's interests.

The Lento Law Firm has dedicated resources for students, parents, and families located throughout the United States.  These resources include experienced investigators and other professionals who are located throughout the country and can help in addressing and resolving clients' matters.
