Mr. Lento Fought False Title IX Charges on Behalf of Our Son and Won

As the parents of a young man at college, we of course had the expected concerns with our son being away from home for the first time, especially with him being on the other side of the country. He had worked his entire to reach this point, having excelled both academically and also as an athlete, and he would be playing a Division I sport at a top academic school in country. We could not be more proud as parents. Part of life is learning through experience for better or worse, but we spoke with our son before he left for school, letting him that he may find himself in social situations for the first time that can led potential issues. We tried to focus on the positives of a young man being away at college, and we were of course incredibly upset when we learned that our son was being investigated for a Title IX complaint made by an ex-girlfriend which was all the more upsetting because our son is a good person. He was raised to be a gentleman and we knew the claims made against him were false. Our son had worked his entire life to get to where he was and we were not going to let false allegations upend his life. We learned of Mr. Lento's success with defending against Title IX charges, and we asked him to help our son. Having to endure the school's Title IX process and the potential issues that can arise along the way is not easy, but Mr. Lento came through with flying colors in all respects. He explained what would need to take place every step of the way, he fought tooth and nail for our son, and he made a difficult time in our family's life bearable as we knew he was there for us and doing everything he could to save a young man's future. In the end, Mr. Lento demonstrated why he is the best at what he does. He literally saved a young man's life. Thank you, Mr. Lento - We are forever grateful for you.
